In recognition of the incredible work and impact our Community Schools have throughout the District, the Board of Education has officially proclaimed September 14–20, 2026, as Community School Practitioner Appreciation Week.
This acknowledgement highlights the important contributions of our Community Schools practitioners, who strive daily to fulfill our mission and vision. Their dedication to our students and families, their commitment to removing barriers, and their ability to integrate meaningful supports and partnerships into the fabric of each school community continue to strengthen our work across Pomona Unified School District.
More importantly, we want our practitioners to know how valued and appreciated they are. Thank you for showing up each day for our students, families, schools, and each other. Your work matters, your contributions are seen, and we are grateful for all that you do. Happy Community School Practitioner Appreciation Week!
